Delivery Information
UK Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): Free for all UK orders. Deliveries occur Monday–Saturday, excluding bank or public holidays.
Express Delivery (1–3 working days): £6. Orders placed by 7pm Monday–Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed Friday–Saturday or by 7pm Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 7pm will be delivered within 2 days. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, excluding bank or public holidays. Signature required upon delivery.
International Delivery (4–14 working days): £14. We strive to ensure timely deliveries; however, some international orders may experience delays due to local government restrictions. Deliveries occur Monday–Saturday, excluding bank or public holidays.
Returns Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If you receive incorrect or defective products, you can return the item free of charge, provided the following conditions are met:
The returned item is in its original packaging.
The goods have not been opened or used (excluding defective items).
Please note that if these conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If the item received differs from what was ordered:
We apologize for the error. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will ensure you receive the correct product.
If the goods are defective:
If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement within 5 working days after the defective item is returned to us.
If you wish to return an item:
If you decide you do not want the item, you can exchange it for another product available on our website or receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher. Please note that you must return the original item before the new item is dispatched or the gift voucher is issued.
